We're inspired by the New Year.
Starting a fresh in 2019 - resolutions, new projects, challenge and adventure.
With a burst of enthusiasm, all starts well.
But it's hard to sustain, we falter and it feels bad.
We try harder, push ourselves even more, it's exhausting.
The change that was supposed to enrich our lives feels like a living hell!
Maybe we've missed something?
Have you heard this quote attributed to Albert Einstein?
"If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got"
While focusing on taking action and pushing forward, we've forgotten to stand back and review how we are doing and what we're learning. This means we're missing a vital stage of the Cycle of Progress shown below.
This probably comes from a desire to speed up progress but actually has the opposite effect as we unknowingly make the same mistakes again and again.
With a healthier approach to progress, we realise there things we've been carrying forward from one year to the next that no longer serve us.
It's time to leave those behind and make way for fresh thinking and new opportunities to come into your life.
Experience this non-judgemental, affirming, clear, streamlined process
If you're seeing the need to review, you're probably thinking....Where do I start?
I have set out a comprehensive process in 3 easy steps with full guidance. As well as leading you through your review this year, I will teach you tools and approaches you will want to use regularly in your life and work because of the impact they make.
Recent participants said how this process changed their perceptions of the year for the better and how much freedom they then felt when making their 2019 plans.
There is also the option to add one -to-one coaching to deepen the process.
I'm Deborah Reeds and I'll be your coach....

This process builds on the experience of these clients so you can make the most of your time, get the best results and truly make 2019 your year.
